The merchant sets the rules
Choose earning and redemption rates, eligible products or collections, point carryover, partial redemption, campaigns, expiry, and storefront appearance.
How WishPoint works
WishPoint connects a customer's chosen product to paid-order progress and a product-specific Shopify discount code—with the merchant in control of the economics.
Four-step journey
The customer sees a simple goal. WishPoint handles the paid-order, progress, eligibility, and discount-code steps behind it.
Choose earning and redemption rates, eligible products or collections, point carryover, partial redemption, campaigns, expiry, and storefront appearance.
A signed-in customer selects an eligible product from the storefront. WishPoint verifies the product and creates one active goal.
After Shopify reports an order as paid, WishPoint applies the merchant's earning rules and updates the customer's balance and active goal.
The customer redeems full or eligible partial progress. WishPoint defensively checks value and creates a Shopify discount code tied to the goal product.
Merchant view
WishPoint exposes the settings and operational state needed to run the program without changing the customer-facing simplicity.
Reward economics, eligible products, storefront placement, emails, and expiry settings.
Active participants, balances, goals, point activity, campaigns, and email settings.
Generated rewards, verified use, historical goals, and redemption reporting.
Refund and cancellation adjustments clamp balances and progress so the audit trail stays consistent.
Redemption, precisely
The customer chooses when to redeem. WishPoint checks current eligibility and product price, caps the reward to the value of points spent, then creates a Shopify discount code for the chosen product.
